Really nice photo of a flower, Strawberry!

Naisou 08-14-2009 07:38 AM

mmm, thats a very pretty flower, and a wonderful photo. xD

Strawberry Octopus 08-14-2009 07:38 AM

@Sakura: Thank you! I love the "craft" as some would call it. It's more of a passion. :)

@Deja: Nope! I'm working on getting that set up though.

@White: Thank you :)

Thanks for all the complements. I've not had anyone to dump all of my pictures on, and I love to share. <3

Sakura_Madison 08-14-2009 07:40 AM

@ Strawberry:

I hope that the wonderful memories here on Menewsha were pleasant for you.

What are you planning to do next in life, if you do not mind me asking?

xSad_Eyesx 08-14-2009 07:40 AM

I undertand what you mean about focus.
I'm gonna have to cut back on the internet too
since I'm starting out a program where I have to
be very focused.

Oh that's cool! I just got one a couple months ago...it's nice to have somewhere to get help and critiques on your artwork :) Plus it always feels good if someone favorites something or comments on it :)

white2fire 08-14-2009 07:42 AM

@Strawberry: I'd love to see more of your pictures if you're willing to post them. (or link)

Sakura_Madison 08-14-2009 07:42 AM

Hope you set up your dA so we can see more wonderful photos.

Naisou 08-14-2009 07:43 AM

Passions are good, if you're passionate about something you're more likely to keep at it and get better. I'd rather do something I'm passionate about than be forced in a cubicle all my life...not that there is anything wrong with cubicles, they are just not for me. xD

Strawberry Octopus 08-14-2009 07:43 AM

I like this picture, but I sure wish this bird was'nt caged. He's an african pied crow, from dolly world, Pidgen Fordge TN.

@Sakura: I'm going to focus big time on my portfolio for college, and finish up my last few months of highschool. :)

@Sad: Yeah, the internet hinders focus big time, LOL.

@Deja: Dont be -too- confy with DA advice though, not everyone there is a professionals, though there is a BUT LOAD of potential.

@Everyone: Raffle one tickets are full. :)

xSad_Eyesx 08-14-2009 07:44 AM

@Berry: Yes it does *nod*
Didn't help when I had online classes >_<

I could never see myself in a cubicle O_O
I'm actually going to college for an acting degree. (sorta)
That is why I can't see myself in that type of an office.

Sakura_Madison 08-14-2009 07:45 AM

@ Strawberry:

It is the best time to focus on your last few months of high school.

You must always be prepared for the big world out there.

white2fire 08-14-2009 07:47 AM

@Strawberry: Yay! More pictures. It's a very pretty bird.
*looks at front page* *cheers* I got two! :)

*Hime* 08-14-2009 07:47 AM

-nods-

Real life comes first!

Lol...yeah, there's some people that don't know what they're talking about there. But for the most part it's been helpful...I usually look up tutorials if I really need help on something, there's some great ones on DA. I really hope you get an account though, I'd like to add you (I love random commenting people :) )
Cute picture of the bird!

Naisou 08-14-2009 07:48 AM

@white2fire; yeah, no cubicle for me either. I dun know what I want to do...but, something interesting for sure. Interesting to me at least. lol

Sakura_Madison 08-14-2009 07:49 AM

Now I see the bird picture.

That looks rather interesting.

It looks like it is caught.

white2fire 08-14-2009 07:53 AM

@Naisou: I actually got really lucky with my choice for a degree. So far I have been in classes that include all of the arts. Acting, Writing, and Drawing. I've even been in a sewing class. It was a lot of fun. :)

Strawberry Octopus 08-14-2009 07:54 AM

The first thing I said about that picture was "I know why the cage bird sings." XD

I think he might be hurt? His leg is pinkish, and it was like that in natural light as well. After this page all posts on the next two pages go towards the next prize. I'll be anouncing all the winners after everything's been given away. :)

*Hime* 08-14-2009 07:55 AM

Aw, poor birdie.

I think you are doing good so far. I had a moment where I wanted to go study photography as well... but it was too expensive for me ;_;

Naisou 08-14-2009 07:55 AM

@white2fire: That does sound really cool. I like to sew but...I'm not very good at it. lol

@Berry: That would be a good name for the picture. xD

white2fire 08-14-2009 07:56 AM

@Stawberry: Okay! *waits around for a while* I might be leaving after the next half-hour or so. I need to get to bed soon. XD

@Naisou: My mom works at a tailor shop, so she taught me a few things before I went to college. This made the class a bit easier for me.
