What did he look like? I know it sounds familiar, but I just can't think right now XD. I should go look it up. It sounds really familiar for sure.

It sucks when shows aren't available on DVD or to buy/stream online and then the people who own the rights wonder why people pirate them. ¬_¬
I know I have seen Static Shock but I can't remember if I followed the series. |

I just looked, there's some on there but there might not be complete episodes. There was parts 1 and 2 but no 3 of the first episode :(

It is the second episode. The first is just the story of how he got his powers.
