I always liked Rando's caps, so this set was a perfect opportunity for some more useable colours for them :ninja:

The Great Gatsby, huh? Not my all-time favorite story, but intriguing enough that it motivated me to get my own copy.

Lol, no :talk2hand: I hate movie remakes. The girl's top and skirt (pixelled by Bisque forever ago) had a 20's vibe, that I increased by adding the ribbon/hairpin and the shoes. So I thought I'd try and create a corresponding set for the guys, I wanted to give them suitable names and these seemed to fit :yes:

I didn't think so. All the same, this event's commons have reminded me of the new movie, and the fact that I haven't seen it yet. I saw the one made in the '70s, and it wasn't all that great, but I've heard rave reviews about the new one.

To my knowledge all of the event threads are already in place, so I don't think she will be hosting anything. That said, there's a chance she may make an appearance in other threads. As you know, several Mene NPCs like to wander around and socialize during events. :)

I saw it for the first time last year and I agree with you, it was nice to watch, but I was expecting more, I enjoyed the visuals more than anything though.

I am going to position the flower on its own as a hairpin. On the small hairpin layer. That way you'll be able to wear it over the pin with the danglies. So you can mix things up with the colours, particularly if you wear it with the ribbon :yes:

With this top and my neck thing, it looked like to was around the boobies instead of under them!

Well, the belt was originally part of the top, I cut it off and edited the hole out of the top, so people could have more colour combination options, and could wear it seperately :yes: Its original intent wasn't as a male item at all :ninja:

I realize that with the buttonhole and corsages we get more touches of color options too.
