The color doesn't matter much :D I've done a may pole with just green, purple, and blue ribbons all around it. :D

If I didn't think I would break my neck and die a slow and horrid death, I would totally take those aerobic stripper pole classes. They look like a lot of fun.

Let's just decorate stripper poles with ribbons! That way no one will be able to tell if there was a may day celebration or if someone's just got a really style concious stripper with access to ribbons.

I got a colouring book the other day (it's my meditative therapy. A long running family tradition, my half sister got her adult friends into it as well :lol:) of vintage Arthurian illustrations. It included a nice maying scene as well.

The other day, being the nostalgia freak that I am, I was eyeballing a few kiddy coloring books, but who wants to go home with a box of too big crayons and a hello kitty book as an adult and not look fubar? lol~

That is just detailed and not as childish enough for me to want to color that.

Dover, a big publisher of colouring books, has a free email programme that will send links to a weekly selection of books, including colouring book pages you can print out and use. It used to be something that I would use as a summer afternoon activity.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking too. Be nice just to sit back and relax on the porch just coloring like when I was a kid. Just so relaxing. I like being able to be creative with colors and such too.

I'd love to subscribe to that, but I'm one of those derps that still hasn't invest in a printer like the rest of the world. I fail~
