It is very hard to do, but I realized something... at least with mine I guess I am lucky cuz I still eat the bad stuff diabetic arent supposed to eat, I just eat a lot less of it than I used to and my blood sugars and blood work are good... but then again the doc did put me on meds to help maintain them and my weight.... eh.

My grandfather has diabetes and he does not take care of himself.
He craves sugar and salt like no other human being I've ever met.

I watch what I eat... and don't eat as much as I used to. I just have to lost the weight now... which for me is hard for me.
