On the busy Main Street is a cozy little tavern. It's wamr welcoming and inviting, ran by an odd lady who loves to mix her Halloween with Christmas, and just reminds you a bit of Jack's passion for Christmas in "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

Come, sit, talk and enjoy the festivities. I got Hot Buttered Rum, Eggnog both with alcohol and non-alcohol, and many other drinks.

Oo, I could use something warm to drink. The heat never quite reaches my bedroom, so my toes are getting a bit chilly.

Hot cocoa, maybe?

Hot cocoa is always good. With alcohol or not? My favorite way to have it is with the White Chocolate Godiva liquor.

Yeah, I like my hot chocolate nice and manly. With the tiny white marshmallows and cinammon sprinkles.

Ah, I wager I'm old enough. I've just never been really partial to alcohol. I'm afraid it would spoil the sweetness of it, especially cappuccino. Thanks very much, though.

What's everyone been up to today?
I spent most of the morning shoveling at my Grandmother's place, so I can't say that it's been too much fun. But I got to watch my dog run around on top of the snow, falling in every once in a while when the top layer of ice couldn't hold his weight. It was kind of funny. =)

Thanks for the egg nog. On that note, Bailey's is really good in egg nog. *leaves a nice tip on bar*

I have been just hanging around home, preparing for the holidays. My daughter's birthday is tomorrow! Yikes.

Shopping is all done, how about you all?

I've got a whole pile of presents sitting at the end of my bed, just waiting to be wrapped up.

That's what I'll be doing tonight. I'll put some Christmas music on my computer and just sit on my floor wrapping. What a way to spend my Saturday...

Yeah, I have all my shopping done, I just need to wrap my presents. Was going to do it yesterday, but I'm lazy. So I need to do it today. I'm just glad I got all m shopping done early, by my time. Just going to buy friends gifts after christmas.

We just had my daughter's birthday cake. Just a small celebration, we'll take her out for dinner after xmas.
She is off in her room now going over her stash. :lol:

Bu that's good. Though I guess it would also suck to have an birfday so close to christmas. Mine is in the begining of the month, and I'm forbidden to buy anything for myself this month.
