Belly is female, and is not opposed to adopting kids, but would have a hard time doing so due to her lifestyle and lack of capital. ;)

Flink explained it to a guy who she was thinking about dating. Or rather, he was a part of a group of friends who know what PCOS is and what it does. He basically told Flink since it would be so hard for her to have children that he wasn't interested in her at all. XD
