For 3D movies, they cost more, because you have to pay for 'renting' the 3D googles.

But for Avatar it was TOTALLY WORTH IT.

And yeah, the store didn't have many DVD box sets. it seemed pretty picked over by the time I got to it.
HOWEVER there were PILES AND PILES of the Nacho Libre and SAW movies.

I'm so excited to see Avatar. I'm trying to talk my step-dad into going. He said he wanted to see it. It could be a step-father/step-daughter bonding time. XD

Princess and the frog is also a good movie. Adorabley adorable. LOOOOOOOOOVE.

I wanna see that movie, too! ^_^ It caused such terrible controversy....because it was a black princess with a white prince. SO STUPID!

I know! All the 'OMG DISNEY IS TERRIBLE FOR THIS MOVIE' that went on before it even came out was utter junk! D<
This movie was long in production before we had black president.
People of this world arn't just black & white, they are lily white, pink, olive like the Prince, yellow, milky chocolate, black like midnight, so an interracial couple is not a hard stretch of imagination. (Heck, *I* am in one!)
People going 'omg disney is horrible for setting it in new Orleans'. Okay, wtf??? Its' a place of terrible things, and has become a despot since the hurricanes' or 'how could they show a happy movie about a place that is still so sad.' WHAT? D: New Orleans hasn't always been in ruins, it's gotten a lot of it's old shine back, and it'll probably be even better in a couple years!
'It's full of black stereotypes! And it'll make girls growing up believe despicable things!' Uh, it's also full of 'white' stereotypes. And it's all been done in a humorous, non-insulting manner. And parents should also use the opportunity to teach their children about the history behind the movies, to learn about how fiction will pull form many different places to make something entertaining but not always completely truthful. About how both the REAL and the FAKE can be amazing and interesting in their own way. Or at the very least promote the child to do their own self-study about the story, research it's origins, the original fairy tale, what the country was like back in the day when the story was written/set. That's how I've fallen so in love with Mulan, how I thourghly enjoy multiple versions of the Cinderella story, how heartbreaking the original Mermaid tail is (yet I still love Little Mermaid like nothing else).

TL;DR---- People just want to throw hissy-fits over nothing.

You feel extremely strong about it. I just feel bad that everything nowadays has to be in someway negative in the public eye. Not everything has a horrible connotation, like The Princess and the Frog. I have yet to see it, but it looks great. The general public makes me so mad, sometimes.

My friend is diabetic. Her mom and dad both are...so are all her grandparents. It's kind of scary. None of my family members are diabetic.

oh ok. i didnt know. my roommate is a hypocondriac (sp?) so i get it.

and its cool. im trying to earn enough gold to get the lotus set right now. and i have to do it before my boyfriend gets home. so im glad this isnt too busy, or else i would miss too much as im playing games. lol

oh i got it. and its good. and yeah. i dont have a credit card, or the money to be spending on a website. so i have to earn them in other ways. so i do, but i normally go for them while they are in stock so that people can just buy them for me and still buy another. ^.^

and its more then just sugar that makes it hard to be diabetic. you have to watch what you eat constantly and when you eat and stuff, to make sure you dont go too high or too low. its a huge pain. way more then just not eating tonnes of sugar.
