Meletonen, dear. It's a chemical that the human body must produce to actually fall asleep. The chemical actually is created when it's dark out, that's why most people sleep during the night. You can fall asleep during the day, but it's better produced when dark. Clair is a very light sleeper, and has trouble falling asleep, even at night because her body has a hard time making this chemical. Since it already has a hard time making the chemical at night, it's almost certain she won't be able to produce enough while it's light out to fall asleep right now.
