I was thinking about saving some gold, and I'm glad I didn't really. Nothing was special enough to me to spend gold on it. Some of the items were alright, like the mice and capes, but I wouldn't want to save a bunch of gold for it, not when I was able to get much much nicer things with the gold, such as a bunch of CIs.
