Already, the Deadly Sins haven't shown their faces for the Celes Paradi AND the Halloween events. With the Winter Nights event just starting without their interference, I can only confirm that they might as well have skipped the Halloween event - acting as if they had already struck. My theory should then still stand that one of them appears every two events. I can only suspect that the next Sin will appear during Valentine's...

That may be part of the problem. But I've got a funny feeling about Valentine's. Also, since this is supposed to be a long-running thing, we can't expect them to all pop out of the woodwork at once...

Seems to me as though it's going to be very long-running...and we should prepare ourselves for the long haul. But lets not let our guard down - it's been a year since they first showed up and there's only been one small sighting since, yes, but...generally things tend to build up when it comes to enemies of this type. When the next one comes, it might set off a chain reaction...or at least, start a process of them trying to slowly build up power...

In all, I don't like how they're staying under the radar at the moment. It could get ugly when they decide to show up.

Heh, a lot of people are new since the last sighting, so we should probably fill you in?

Last year, during the Winter Nights event, a little child, the embodiment of Greed, showed up to...have a little fun with us. Channah was knitting a giant scarf to complete a massive snowman that we all built together...but she was quite low on yarn.

Greed's little game was that he offered us free yarn every few minutes just for speaking to him that we could give to Channah - a seemingly kind gesture, contrary to his name, correct? But then he threw temptation into the mix, allowing us to spend that same yarn in the event store instead of gold - and take away from the scarf progress as the snowman grew still bigger and Channah couldn't keep up.

The point of this act was to prove that greed conquers all - and prove it, he did. Despite most forumgoers trying their hardest to make it work, in the end, the scarf was incomplete...and near everyone was wearing shiny new clothes purchased with yarn (though I'm proud to say my jacket was bought with my hard-earned gold, if memory serves!). Many simply did not see the point in donating, and there were even a few who specifically sided with Greed.

Since then, the only minor Sin sighting has been at the Easter event earlier this year, where Gluttony was responsible for stealing carrots - but, to the best of my knowledge, never showed his/her face. We've been told this is going to be a long-running fight.

I don't have a funny feeling about the events, for I am a fairly new bunny. But I agree that we must fight the temptation. After all, the things will be in shops later on. Right? :3 If you buy the more expensive ones now the cheaper ones won't be such a big deal. :3

Well, the thing is, that event is already over. I was almost expecting a rematch with Greed, but he hasn't shown his face either. I'm not sure if we should be thankful or not, though...

Yes, Lust seems suitable for Valentines day. We need to be wary or whatever you call it lol, they are evil. Though I have to say I like the idea of the sins causing trouble in these events, kinda like giving us an enemie no?

Wow, that Christmas event with greed sounds epic. It really shows how much of us have the true spirit of giving in our hearts during Christmas *cough*noneofus*cough*. Although I wasn't there for that event. Thanks for explaining it though.

And I agree and was thinking that lust sounds like it's fitting for Valentine's day.

I am going with the person who said Lust may show up for Valentines day. I was kinda expecting to see greed again this year too, now that some one reminded me of him.

I'd love to see more of the sins around. I hope those avatars are in the works, but carefully hidden away until they're ready to be used. Wouldn't want them accidentally being found by snoops.

I dont know much at all about the sins since i wasnt on here when they have been around xP but what im just guessing is gluttony is going to want the stuff we bake? i really have no idea but it sounds like an interesting thing to throw into the mix (no pun intended xD)

Gluttony does sound like a better bet if one were to show up for this event. o-o Hmm... maybe I should go find those cookies I left laying around for Greed and make sure a Gluttony doesn't find them first... oh dear...
