I really like the movie Santa Clause where a man scares Santa as he is about to climb down a chimney and Santa loses his balance and falls down and dies. The man, for his son's sake, puts on the outfit and finishes the rounds only to find out that because he put on the suit, he is now Santa Clause. Make matters worse he slowly morphs to look like Santa. He finally comes to grips with his life and so on....

I love "It's a Wonderful Life"; what better a thing to remember on Christmas than to be thankful for the people in your life, yeah?

My favorite is Love Actually. You wouldn't know it's a Christmas movie by the title, but it's really sweet =^_^=

I have a love-hate relationship with Christmas specials. On the one hand, some of the old classics are really fantastic. I love all of the old claymation specials - especially the Little Drummer Boy, which never gets shown on TV. And the Muppet Christmas Carol is possibly my favorite movie ever. But on the other hand, I just can't stomach a lot of the stuff they show on TV recently, especially holiday specials. Seriously, just put on the Charlie Brown Christmas Special, and leave me in peace.

I'm really depressed that I didn't get to see the original Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer this year! Sure there were some other cute new specials but you can't beat the classics!

I've been avoiding television because I'm so sick of the same Christmas specials from year to year. So I've just been watching things streamed over the internet. Mainly anime.
