Still Blieve In Santa?

Well...i Still do...even though i know the truth i try always to blieve in him ^^;;

Bartuc 12-24-2009 10:41 PM

That is good. Belief in something is better then a belief in nothing. =)

fuyumi_saito 12-24-2009 10:43 PM

No, I was afraid of santa when I was little. I mean sure there is the "spirit of christmas" that people get around this time of year...but I stopped believing in santa awhile ago.

Aoi Kazuya 12-24-2009 11:07 PM

I'm not sure anymore. I know there's a side of me that's stopped believing in stuff like that but the majority of me still wishes for it all to be real. So i suppose I could say yes.

Synthetika 12-24-2009 11:13 PM

I dont believe in the commercialized version.... but I beleive in the old stories of st nick so for all those that want to keep believing do! because there was a st nick at once who inspired parts of this holiday :P

neko xoxox 12-24-2009 11:17 PM

I started having suspicions of Santa when i was 5, and then when i was 6 me and my brother made our mom tell us the truth XD but i still had the Christmas spirit as a little kid

Yea, that's true! I completely agree.

Santa is like this big nice grandfather to me, even though I know the commercialized version of him isn't true and I really look forward to sharing him with my kids someday when I have some.

happydeath 12-24-2009 11:23 PM

LOL :)
Umm mostly people are picking "no" but it might just be me but so far everyone's posts sound like you guys believe ^^;;
hopefully im not offending anyone:(

Usagii-sama 12-24-2009 11:26 PM

no, but I still like letting kids believe he is real :3

Synthetika 12-24-2009 11:35 PM

lol i chose no because when you say santa i think of the jolly man in the red suit riding around and jumping down chimneys xD

but if you say something like st nick or saint nicholas then i would have chose yes

My brother snuffed out my belief in Santa when I was in first grade. Some of his friends told him there was not Santa and when he asked my mom, she told him the truth but, told him not to tell me. What's the first thing he does? Runs and tells me. I cried my eyes out and then went to school and started telling people. My brother is such a bone head.

CuddlyQuiche 12-24-2009 11:50 PM

I believe in santa AND the stork until twelve, then secondary school ruined all my childhood magic XD

babykabukibrushes 12-24-2009 11:54 PM

Of course I do. Santa is about believing in something. It can be anything. It can be faith, your dreams, the love of a loved one or yourself. And when you believe in something so strong you carry that in your soul and heart forever.

kaihkc 12-25-2009 12:13 AM

who made santa up what year did he cxome in

happydeath 12-25-2009 12:16 AM

LOL. thats a good question i just thought about that ;)

Yea, I cried when I was told that Santa wasn't real as well.

But I knew Santa wasn't real a long time before my brother did and I never told him.

sweet windmelody 12-25-2009 01:25 AM

No, not really. Because when I am little, I don't get presents at all. And all my parents do for Christmas is buy a tiny little tree that's very small.

Sev en Ester 12-25-2009 01:28 AM

I believe he was a real person but he's definately 6 feet under now. All these flying reindeer and a big round man in a red coat don't make sense to me xD Couldn't it just as easily been a flying polar bear? Or are they on the other side of the world....Plus, Santa originates from St. Nicholas, a priest dude, and gluttony is a sin so he wouldn't be munching on all those cookies or be fat and jolly...

Not to mention I found all my letters to Santa in the over head thingy of my parents bed...

WHY CAN'T I BELIEVE???? D :>

Demoncat 12-25-2009 02:19 AM

I know that my mom buys the presents but I sort of still believe that the fat jolly man might be up at the North Pole. XD

Some bully in 1st grade told everyone that Snata wasn't real but no one believed him, I just "LOL" everytime I think of him. XD

Fauxreal 12-25-2009 02:53 AM

I will always! Believe in Santa!!!

maidenroseheart 12-25-2009 02:57 AM

The way I see it, my family each is a santa of sorts...Santa Mom, Santa Grandma, etc.

But if a child was told he didn't exist, you could tell that child that Santa spread that rumor to get the media to stop trying to get pictures of him :)

Ananas à Pois 12-25-2009 03:02 AM

I am the same a happydeath; I know the truth, but I still believe. Everyone has a bit of Santa in them, I think. Everyone has someone to be a Santa to them, and has someone to be a Santa to. In a way, I mean.

It's good to believe. =]

A Clever Username 12-25-2009 03:04 AM

I stopped believing when I was like...5? I still have plenty of Christmas Spirit, though. <33

mwahhaha 12-25-2009 04:21 AM

I don't ever remember believing in Santa, the Easter Bunny, or the Tooth Fairy. I used to pretend, though, and that was really fun because my dad would pretend he was Santa.
Stuff like that. But I selected "Yes" because I know that Saint Nick was a real dude, and he was pretty jazzy, so. . . "yes."

MissAndroid 12-25-2009 04:32 AM

I don't believe...I know he is real or was once upon a time. I still love giving and receiving in the name of santa.
