Personally I love the layout and how the event is being done, if this is the first time they've done it in this style then I am not going to complain about the glitches, they are impossible to avoid unfortunately. Anyway I've found that if you keep refreshing, it eventually allows you too bake... Just think of the old days when hitting something enough fixed it, it's kinda like kicking the ovens on Menewsha no?

I can't compare it since this is my first Christmas event. I've only been though one other event, the Halloween event. It is annoying however that it's not working properly. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon

I like the way they have it set up its easier to find everything *shrug*

I like it this way. It's more organized. Sometimes I'm in the mood to go on chat threads and other times I'm more in the mood to read long threads and write out well-thought out posts, so I come here. I would just hate it if all these threads were buried way in the back because of the hang-out threads taking up all this space (which they would be because look at the hang-out threads and how many of them there are!)

I actually love everything about this event. It's really cute and fun. It just has some bugs that need to be worked out.

I like having the general discussion separate. I found myself not posting a lot in previous events because I didn't feel comfortable just jumping into threads that already had pages and pages of posts. I'm not much of a hangout thread type of person because my mind wanders. XD
In fact the only two things that bother me about this event are that you can't see your ingredients just at a glance unless you're in the pantry and the fact that I can't click on my username to get to my profile. But those are both minor in the scheme of things. ^_^

I didn't get anything for christmas. ^^; My parents couldn't afford gifts so we just had dinner and did our own thing. Kind of a sad christmas this year.

i'm probably just used to the new layout so I'm not comfortable with the new way the forums are layed out, but I do like that it is more organized C:

I'm too new to know the old way, but I like the way that the forum is decorated just for the holiday.

I wouldn't know, since I'm new enough to have missed to Halloween event by several days... *feels silly* but anyway, I think the way it's done this year seems not to be causing any problems, so it's good enough for me 8)

It took me a second to figure out -- it feels a little like the forum in general is hidden when you click on the "Event Forum" link and it doesn't lead directly to a forum, but I think I like it. Makes it easier to find the exact kind of thread I'm looking for.^^

I am really likin it being set up this way. But most people are in the other room, so it seems a bit unnessacary. I really like the flash game, but it kinds is a pain that is is refusing to work properly.

I don't mind the forum set up this time, to me it's more organized. Though I manage so far of not having to many problems with the cooking bit.

Honestly I think I like th eforums this way, much more cleaner. I felt everything was chaos when I went to the events, so I often stayed in my topic, now I can run free -runs like an idiot- hehe.

personally I like this format for the event. Makes it seem more special and organized. Things aren't nearly as cluttered and fast paced. I have a slow modum so this is important to me. the slow pace of things.

I didn't participate, I just caroled in the shops like usual. I liked the items this year.
