that is so true, Kat. I'm always like hey let's go see this... i've probably dragged you to so many movies.... even if you didn't necessarily want to see them.

GrannyJ 12-28-2009 03:37 AM

My husband doesn't like going to theaters.

In some ways it's more fun to see them myself. We have gotten used to talking about the show during it, and that's a bit too distracting (and not nice) to do in theaters!

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:39 AM

Yeah, my dad is going to see avatar with me and it's probably the first time he's been to the movie theatre in 8 years.

I do like talking in movies...but I just like the big screan and surround sound (especially when things are blowing up)

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:39 AM

I pick half the movies we see!!! Of course I want to go!

lol, me and wings talk! and throw food.

yes Wings! the explosions!!!

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:40 AM

I guess, though HBP you didn't really care.....

and we only throw food at each other, or other friends... I don't particularly want to make people I don't know mad at me....

According to the news three cups of tea a day can prevent diabetes, especially if the tea lacks all caffeine.

Caffeine, can make someone more irritable, and easily anxious.

GrannyJ 12-28-2009 03:45 AM

Well, I drink quite a bit of tea each day, but I have pre-diabetes.
I don't think it's quite so easy to classify things like that.

Much depends on heredity.

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:46 AM

sorry, I like my caffine.

yes, we throw our candy at each other all the time, but I love how you miss and hit me so often...

TerrenaAnimula 12-28-2009 03:46 AM

Hello!

I actually went to the movies last night. I drove with my two cousins as the passengers. I ended up having to drive through very dense fog to go see the movie but it was so worth it! We went to see Sherlock Holmes.

But normally, I don't really get to go to the movies. It's too expensive to go and it is hard for me to find someone to go with me. I don't like going to the movie theater by myself.

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:48 AM

I live off tea but usually it's the caffeinated kind.... I'm just too fond of my caffeine. Though I will have green tea quite often.

But if I'm throwing it at you and hit you how am I missing?

That's why I usually drag Kat with me Terren going to the movies by yourself is no fun.

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:48 AM

oh, I want to see that movie too!

want my green tea Wings. I'm afraid to try it.

like when Jeff went with us and very haha....

I love how its 'drag'

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:49 AM

why are you afraid of green tea kat? it's good! my favorite type of tea to drink hot is green tea with mint. goofball just try it.

GrannyJ 12-28-2009 03:49 AM

I'm afraid that I just don't care for green tea.

I have even tried doing blends such as Earl Grey Green. They just aren't flavorful enough, and end up tasting like hay.

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:50 AM

Is it really green colored? I'll drink it eventually, but I only have 1 packet.

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:51 AM

that's why i typically do the green tea with mint. it adds a bit more flavor to the green tea while maintaining the lightness of flavor that green tea has that i really like.

it has a greenish tint but it's just a really really light tea kat.

sailor star rainbow 12-28-2009 03:51 AM

my mom drinks green tea but it by the Lipton ice tea company. they got a hole lot of blends with fruit and jasmine in one of them.

I have a friend who has a grandpa, with diabetes, so he faints easily. Do you know what I should do if my friend who goes deaf for a while feels a burning sensation of fire (when fire is not there) goes blind (literally) for a while and then faints what to do when she faints?

TerrenaAnimula 12-28-2009 03:52 AM

Well, no one ever wants to go see the movie I want to go see or if they do, they don't have the money to go see it. :/

I'm not much of a tea person. I started to try more teas, but I don't have a teapot or anything and putting water in the microwave then pouring it on the tea pouch and letting it set for a while with a top on it doesn't really do it. XD

I do have matcha. I bought it because it is called for in a Green Tea Muffin recipe I want to make. And it came with a recipe for an Iced Matcha Frappe that sounds like it would be very good.

GrannyJ 12-28-2009 03:53 AM

Oh my, I believe I would call the EMT's.
Fainting is not a good thing.

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:54 AM

microwave works for me!

fainting? sounds uber scary!

Wings of Writing 12-28-2009 03:54 AM

lol. I live in texas terren if there is one thing that is guaranteed about texans we are avid sweet tea drinkers. so i have access to a lot teas and typically try most anything.

Oriana25 12-28-2009 03:55 AM

i love jasmane tea

Kat Dakuu 12-28-2009 03:56 AM

yep, I like my sweet tea too! my mom got me some fruit teas in my stocking!

GrannyJ 12-28-2009 03:56 AM

I am not very adventurous when it comes to teas.
I love my Earl Grey hot, and my Peach Iced tea.

There is a Mango Ceylon that I like occasionally.
