Hello everyone sorry for leaving with out saying any thing last night.
|
Hi Rainbow.
I still need to try pocky! |

*steals Wings cookie* |
Pocky is good too - mind if I have some of yours?
|
Oh dear, now what is pocky?
|
WAIT SOMEONE HAS POCKY SHARE!
|
I love Pocky it is so good oh darn now I wish I had bought some on my trip ugh!!!
|
May be I can get my dad to take me to the World Market so I can buy some pocky since I don't really know how to drive to the city that it is in. Too many turns to take. XD Don't even know which exits I have to get off at either. XD
|
Pocky are like little thin bread sticks with icing on them.
|
*Hands Kat a packet of chocolate pocky* Don't eat it all too fast, I have a limited supply since the closes source is Sacramento. *Sigh* I miss living in a city.
What flavor do you want, Li Mei? I have another chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, dark chocolate, green tea, and one that looks like chocolate with a caramel stripe... the katakana's too fancy for me to read. ^^; |
yes yes, share the pocky!!!
its like um....breadsticks dipped in cholate or strawberry? Japanese candy. I didn't know they had so many flavors. never seen more than chocolte, dark chocolate and strawberry. |
Oh, they sound delightful!
May I try one of the strawberry ones? |
Strawberry sounds nice right now, thanks. Totally cool of you to share your pocky with us!
|
*chases Kat, give back my cookie*
Granny pocky is a japanese cookie type thing. it's a biscuit dipped in various things. strawberry and dark chocolate are the most common here. |
I got my significant other some Men's Pocky for X-mas. He woke up the next day to find that my son had eaten half of it already. We had a talk. That's just not cool.
|
How do we always end up having conversation about various foods? lol
|
Because food and tea go so well together?
|
Oh, being in a tea room, we must always have food about.
|
Granny,this is Pocky:
http://lamar.colostate.edu/~hillger/products/pocky.jpgIt's a Japanese Snack you can eat.;) |
*eats the cookie* HA! I win!! *sticks tongue out at Wings*
we always end up talking about food Terrena. |
It is like bread sticks, very thin, dry bread sticks, that have been dipped in a yogurt or fudge like substance that has solidified before being packaged. The lovely mix of smooth, creamy texture and the dry, crispy texture is wonderful as well as the play of the very plain taste of the cracker/breadstick and the yogurt/fudge. There are a lot of Japanese snacks like that, some with wafers instead of the cracker/bread stick.
|
Probably. But talking about food makes us all hungry.
And I want food. But I don't feel like finding something at almost 11:30 at night. XD |
Thank you, Janus dear.
I will have to look for them in my store. |
Well ladies - thanks for the tea and pocky.
I better run back to the shop, it's been hit pretty hard these past few days and I have some business to take care of before I wander off to bed. |
I've had those waffers Nenna. I didn't like them as much as pocky. they weren't sweet enough
