Who knows who would be able to make a site like that. They would have to be someone who knows how to code in the language it needs. I would assume it takes javascript maybe? I don't know javascript. I only know the little bit we were given to do in my Web Design 2 class. So I only know that, HTML, and CSS.
Shadow, Subeta is NOTHING like Neopets, actually. The only thing in common would be that yes, they both have pets and you can color them. And there is a battle place. |
