Go look in your inventory, it should still be the festive ribbon. I'm guessing the "pack" was just a generic picture they're going to use for all of them.

I just spoke with my niece, and she said that hers said to go to the inventory for the Festive Decorations pack, but she got the ribbons.

I believe the thing to do at this point would be to report it. I'm not sure if you'd go to the FAQ thread or the bug report forum but this is very strange!

CK was saying something earlier about her getting a different item accidentally, and that Insomniac is the only person who can fix it. |

because there was room to sit. We go almost an hour early for caroling and to get a seat at our seriously over crowded church. It took longer than a typical mass because of the people and longer to get out of the parking lot.
