I think you can get disposable ones in packages of twelve for a decent price, at almost any crafts store. I got mine at JoAnn Fabrics...
Then (if you get the disposables) you don't have to clean them, either. >____>
[buttercream frosting is such a pain to wash out of a piping bag. D:]

@Kisaki - I think there's a plastic insert thing that you can buy to shove in a normal plastic back and cut the tip off and then screw something on the outside to use as a piping bag. I have something like that int he kitchen downstairs, cause all our old piping bags are kinda icky and I never use them.

They are also almost 20 years old Kisaki, Oh I have that much in my bank account too :(
