@Tegan: My kitties were old when they passed...fourteen...sixteen? I was so sad because I had them since third grade...and all of a sudden they were gone. :(

@Tegan: *LAUGHS* Our cats would do that too. Well, they lived outside, but no matter where we were in the house, they'd go to that room's window and sit outside of it, meowing till we decided to feed them. 8D

@tori: We've lost several kitties in the last 3 years, due to feline leukemia. One got hit by a car, but she had it as well.

Oh yeah...I get carsick whenever I'm in a car for more than an hour. Being on the plane for that long and suffering from jet lag, I'm a mess.

@tori: It's really horrible. The only symptom I saw when it finally hit was they lost a lot of weight-it's basically a wasting disease. When I found out the first one had it, I had them all tested. They can look perfectly healthy the whole time until something triggers it. It's contagious through body fluids, even sneezes and such and there's no cure. I believe the lifespan is usually 3-5 years. There IS a vaccine for it though. My new set of kitties I think are all free of it. Prissy is left from the other ones and doesn't have it. Max, a stray my son brought home, tested negative. His buddy I got from the pound tested negative. Unfortunately, my son brought home another stray that has been here a while and that one hasn't been tested. But I have to have her fixed soon so I'll find out then. I should NEVER have let him bring her in, but I didn't have the heart to tell him to throw her back on the street or take her to the pound.

@Echo: T_T That's so sad. I only had one cat that we KNEW was sick. Tabby was really scrawny, she had bald spots, she had a bloated stomach, and she would overeat and throw up orange vomit. We found her on a really cold day in a parking lot where she almost got ran over. My mom felt sorry for her because she was so abnormally thin and brought her home. Ends up she never really improved in health. Couldn't figure out WHAT she had either. D:

@cutie: I make sure I'm tired before the trip so I'm passed out through most of the trip. xD I enjoyed the last trip though. I watched a couple Korean and American movies.

I can't sleep in a moving vehicle for some reason. I think it goes back to sleeping in the back of the family car when my mom hit a tree..... I was 3? 4? Something like that.
