The baking thing is a pain in the... with the glitch. I've had to refresh more times just to get the correct ingredients to show, and each time I try, the ingredients list changes dramatically. The glitch isn't a delay in showing your actual numbers, it's a coding glitch with a counter somewhere... *kicks the stoves*

I haven't tried to bake anything today, which I doubt if I have enough ingredients anyway. I'm off and on every so often... my son and his friends are here playing Halo online, and they keep complaining that I'm making them lag lol... I just tell them to get over it.

LOL, they're seriously here 24/7 since school has been out. Devan's friend brought up his 360 and hooked it up to the living room TV.. Devan has his hooked up to the TV in his room, and they are playing on the same team just on different TVs. I'm kinda amazed that the 360s haven't overheated and blown up yet.
Plus I'm on the computer and so we're all 3 splitting the internet connection lol. |

I think I may want a Wii now, D. I know a lot of people that have one and I'm starting to become interested finally. I still have just a Nintendo 64, LOL. Still trying to be Super Mario on that thing. hahhaa |
Wii's seem like they would be fun. We only have a Playstation 2 and the 360. I used to have a Nintendo 64... I played a game called Conker's Bad Fur Day on it... that was a cute game lol. And I always loved the Mario games, although I never tried any of them past Super Nintendo.

I'm not a huge gamer (although we do own a wii, 360, and PS2) - but I like playing on the wii because it's more intuitive (I think) - although I still suck at super mario on the wii just as much as on the other platforms :XD |
Yeah some of the stuff I have seen with the Wii looks like it would be so much fun and I want to try some of those fitness things, too.
I've kept my Nintendo 64 because I want to beat Super Mario. It's so damn hard though. I can't get the hang of kicking against walls to save my life. hahaha |

Ok now I'm getting rather frustrated with this baking. It won't let me bake no matter what I do. I even read Yan's post on the glitch and it's not working for me. I'm really disappointed with this event. It's really difficult.

I've had to refresh a gazillion times in order to get the "top ingredients list" to resemble the "real ingredients list" too Roo... it is incredibly annoying!! *hugs*

Going to just wait and store up the ingredients until things start working out with the baking. Why is it that the last couple of events have had such problems with the exchanging and making of items.

If it helps, baking usually works if you click on the oven from the pantry page instead. If I go through that way, it lets me bake... although it always ends up burning. I've only tried twice today though.

I burned the first batch and then it let me bake again and it was just fine. The one gold we get for burnt items isn't that much at all.

I have my pantry open in another window so I closed it and reopened it and after refreshing a couple times it worked.
