Then I can feel it when I drink it, and my stomach is like "I'm so empty and hungry!" even though it ate a ton only a few hours ago (I dont think it was too long ago, but maybe I lost track of the time)

Meh, if that's the case, then i would say munch on something small. Just enough to make your stomach think that it's getting food, but not really. Like a piece of bread or a cracker.

Bleck. Not hungry, though.
I had stuffed up with a lot of food, and as far as my mind is concerned, its done eating for now. lol
