Yes I start work late because I am training someone, I only have to work 4 hrs ^^ (I work in a target at the Starbucks there )

Oh no I only work 4 hrs today, I train others in how to work the equipment and make the drinks. My boss interviews them. If we have trainee's I get luck enough to only have to do 4hrs, I am only part time because I am a collage student.

Not all its cracked up to be when the people you are working with are dunderheads. I have had people break glasses, drop the heavy shake blender on themselves, and scald themselves messing with the expresso machine. So its a little stressful, I worry about there health, but some people hear but don't listen to instructions and want to rush through it.

They have to 'pay' the learn.

Yes but you would think common sense of don't put your hand there its hot, would work. -face palm- its just a little bit sad. LOL.

This is true, but I still feel bad when they can't manage. >.< I shouldn't because they should listen I even given written hand outs on the subject. Some people just aren't cut out to handle that job as weird as it may seem!
