If you're using BitTorrent, there's no way to make it go faster unless you get more seeders with a faster internet connection. T__T

Because it doesn't depend on your internet, it depends on the people's internet that you are seeding from.
If they have a slow connection, your transfer rate will be super low.

So then the 29 seeds, have really slow net? Or is it peers you go off of?

You usually don't have all the people it says; I go by the number outside the parenthesis, like if it says 1(29), it means only one person is actively seeding.
