That is depressing. Well, they had a bunch of the classic DW episodes, Planet of the Dead, and Series 1, in stock. I desperately wanted to buy Series 4, but they were all out.

Kat, yes, she does get slightly better. But she's still the most annoying character in the series.

Yeah, I'll not argue with that. I don't think she's as bad as some people make out but that's probably because the majority of the internet is firmly in the camp of Janto so Gwen is their number one enemy. XD

Oh I love the Jack/Ianto pairing. No lostin what is depressing is having all or nearly all of the Troughton, Pertwee, Baker, Davidson and Baker episodes and not being able to watch them because they are on BetaMax tapes

I've never watched any of the original Doctor Who episodes - altho my hubby is a fanboy. He's the one who got me interested when it came on again. His fave Doctor is Tom Baker of course. I'm working on making him a Tom Baker Doctor scarf next year - prolly gonna take me a year to make it lol

Definitely not alone there. I've seen a few and I really like them, I keep saying I'm going to watch more of them but somehow never do because most of the time when I'm in the mood for it, I don't have access to it. :/

Wow - a lot happened here in the few hours I've been gone *catches up*

magikjaz - I really hate that Tennant is leaving too. I honestly don't think that any other Doctor could ever live up to Tennant, but I still hope the next guy is good. I thought Eccleston was great too - but then Tennant stepped up, and once I got used to him, I loved him <3

Lostin - In Britain, it premiers on New Year's Day. In the US, it premiers on Jan 2nd (although you will probably be able to watch it on YouTube beforehand). I don't know about other countries - where are you at?

KatMagenta - Gwen has her annoying moments, but overall I don't dislike her.

Why is Ianto the most popular???? TOSHIKO RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen photos taken of the filming, but I have a feeling that with the music and everything, the part where the Doctor sees Rose is gonna make me cry. She wont recognize him or anything, obviously, since its Rose from 2005.... but I have a feeling his face is gonna make me cry my eyes out. And yes, I *am* taking this regeneration poorly. *sniff*

I think it's on BBC America in the US. It makes me happy the Sci-Fi channel is still called that in the UK. Syfy reads like See-Fee in my head.

Tosh is made of awesome too but half of the time the writers either forgot she existed or made her too angsty over Owen. ¬_¬

Part of me is dying to see part two, and part of me is dreading it because I know it is the last with Tennant T.T

Another two days to go for me . . . . why can't BBC release it in America at the same time as in Britain???? Although I hate it more that they won't allow Americans to view things like Tardisodes on their website x.x

KatMagenta - Brits would still have it first because of the time difference. Also, I disagree with how the Americans handle it too - I think that they should release American stuff around the world at the same time as they do in America. There is no reason not to - it isn't like they have to dub it before it goes to Britain, but even in the countries where they will dub it - they can still release the subtitled version same-day. (Besides Subtitles are MUCH better than dubbing!)

That said, I normally don't wait around for stuff to cross international borders officially, which can sometimes take months or even years (if ever) depending on what it is. Sites like YouTube are your friend.
