Hmmm....I don't know...I don't see death as a sad destiny, but rather a simple continuation of our beings. We may die, but that doesn't mean our lives are over. Depending on one's believes, there is either an eternal after-life, reincarnation, or simply our energy being dissolved into the universe.
Either way, it's definitely nothing one should be sad about. |
It's nothing to be sad over, but people will inevitably miss you, and that's enough to deem it sad.

I should hope that when I die, I will do so in a time and place so as to not have anyone to be sad over me. I would rather that no one cry over the loss of me when I go. |
I once made a story for Literature class, about how my mom would like her funeral to be. It involved the mayor, watchmen, cameramen, gardeners, accountants, the Photographers Assossiation, a freakin' huge load of clowns, Ricky Martin, and people clothed in all kinds of bright colours marching across the city playing loud music... lol.

My mom loves clowns! o_o She starts telling stories about her childhood whenever we spot one on the street or in a bus, lol. She likes them more than jesters. I prefer jesters though~ <3
