Heh, I haven't really looked at the TV listings for anything. I'm still used to not having a TV.
I wonder who the teams will be this year if they have one. |
Big Fat Quiz of the YEAR!
I love that =3 Apparently, this year, Jonathan ross is on a team with Russel Brand ._. that could be interesting I know Rob Brydon's supposed to be on it this year too |
I don't know whose meant to be on it this year, it doesn't change much though does it?
|
No, i suppose not, I'm just upset that from what i've seen, there's no Noel Fielding this year.
I like Noel Fielding. I had a look through my Nan's TV guide and I know it said Jonathan Ross and Rob Brydon. along with some others that I've forgotten. It's a cool show all the same anyway |
Meh, Noel Fielding gets on my nerves sometimes. You can tell he's trying too hard to be 'weird' and 'quirky' instead of just using his natural humour. :/
Russell Brand is just a waste of air and space. |
I'm with you on the Russel Brand comment.
I don't like him at all. He talks over everyone, and so does Jonathan ross, so I'm not looking forward to that team combination. |
Noel's been doing buzzcocks so maybe that's why he's not on the quiz this year.
I don't really like Brand he gets irritating. |
Yeah, that's probably why. I wonder what Julian Barratt has been doing all year. :/
Hopefully Brand and Ross will just bicker with each other and give everyone else a chance to actually be funny. |
That's probably why, yeah.
I don't really know why people like Russel Brand... Or Ricky Gervais for that matter... |
Hello everyone! I have come to join the festivities in this extraordinary ballroom! How are you all?
I like Russel Brand... And Ricky Gervais. And Eddie Izzard, for good measure! owo; |
I like Eddie Izzard, just not so keen on the other two. Whatever floats your boat. ^^;
|
xD
Whoops! Personal opinion I guess, everyone's humour is different. I like Michael Macintyre and Demitri Martin ~nods~ though, not many people know of Demitri Martin. |
I don't like Gervais, I just don't find him funny.
Macintyre is all right, I like Russell Howard as well. |
Kat and Star: To each their own. =] I just have a weird sense of humour, with quite the range, I suppose. n_n;
Star: I've heard a bit from Demitri Martain, and he's good too. xD Jeanie: Gervais can be quite... lewd, I believe is the word. Cruel, is another. xD |
I tend to prefer either stand up or improv. Some of my favourite comedians are Greg Proops, Dylan Moran and Ed Byrne but to be honest other than the really popular comedians who I seem to dislike I'm open to anyone funny. I saw Russell Howard in Newcastle, he's good too. ^^
|
Gervais has a rather arrogant humour which just ticks me off.
Personal Information Waltz is probably one of my Favourite things from Demitri =3 makes me laugh so much xD I like Russel Howard too, he's awesome =D Though I do love most of the guys from Whose Line is it anyway, Ryan Stiles and Colin Mocherie (sp?) are amazing, I like Jeff Davis, Brad Sherwood and Chip Esten(sp?) too Yay comedians! |
I don't know what it is exactly I just don't laugh at anything he says. Like Jimmy Carr I don't think he's funny either. :XD Or Peter Kay...he's meant to be doing a tour how just doing the MEN arena can be called a tour I have no idea..it isn't really a tour doing just one venue the entire time.
My friends went to see Russell, knowing I like him to and without asking if I wanted to go and told me how good it was. |
Kat: ... I have't heard of any of them.. .w.; Haha, I'm sorry.
Star: The two of them on Whose Line is it Anyway?, oh man. So much fun to watch. Lol. |
all of that last lot of people I listed have been on Whose Line at some point or another (though Jeff is much funnier on the green screen show)
Ryan and Colin are my favourites though, hands down. on another note, Lee Evans can be funny too |
I went to see Russell Howard with my mum because I was going to see Dylan Moran with my dad. XD
I love the original Whose Line... Clive Anderson for the win. We had heaps more variety too instead of the same three guys every week. I'd still love to catch the live tour if it ever came to the UK. Edit: Guys like Jeff, Brad and Chip showed how funny they could be on Drew Carey's Green Screen Show, and how good they could have been if they were given more of a chance on WLIIA? |
Clive was a better host, Drew Carey's just horrible, he's not funny at all.
Though the US had better Props items, in my opinion Edit - Yeah, i think so, but i think Greg wasn't as funny on the Green Screen show. And i don't find the women on Whose line (US) or Green Screen that funny either. |
Star: I didn't watch the show that much, so I wouldn't know who's been on it. n_n; There were always other things I wanted to see more.
|
Aah, I love Whose line, I brought it to my school ~nods~ caught on like wild fire.
We even managed to talk our drama teacher into letting us play some of the improv games in our lessons xD |
Star: That sounds awesome! n_n Doing that in class... Oh man, that would be SO much fun!
|
I haven't really seen Whose line before.
