Demoncat; Indeed. I woke up an hour ago, being it 11 AM right now (but woke up EARLY once or twice, just to get a drink and wish my mom a Merry Christmas before she went to work).

@Senpai: 10am? That is pretty late but then again I woke up around 7am. XD Thats terrible that your mom has to work on christmas day! D:

Demoncat; Yea... I usually wake up at 7:30 AM to get ready for work, but I ALWAYS sleep in on days off. XD I'm so bad. And yes, it's sad. I want her to stay at home, but she is a waitress. She really can't take off on the holidays.

I know how you feel my mom has to work at two jobs so I don't see her that often, she has to work tommorrow. :(

I wonder if in 2010 this will turn around and our economy will get better?

It really depends. I doubt the economy will turn around this quickly. To start ANY turn around, is to figure out what caused the problem in the first place. In this case, it has been poor spending, giving loans to customers who cannot afford to pay them back and cutting jobs to out-source in other countries. It's easier to say that these can be turned around on pen and paper, but to actually implement the changes is drastically hard!

Meh... I'm talking nonsense...

No I understand you completely, I think the best choice is for people to try to spend more, it will get businesses up, and provide more jobs. :)

Demoncat; I agree with your statement. If people spend slightly more than their usual, it'll work better in the end. What needs to happen now, is to create jobs for those who are out of work.

Yeah, I got alot of clothes, Pixar's Up ( YAY! :D), a Across the Universe CD ( :D ) and a movie based video game ( Bleh! D: ) What did you get?
