I could understand why. The last time I traveled to the mainland, I noticed them getting a rather rabid form of attention. I found it unsettling.

That's very true, Lise. The last time someone asked me about resolutions, I said there's no reason they should be simply "New Year's" resolutions, since a new year is simply another bracket of 365 days by which we schedule our life on a calendar. XD"
