Yes, feel better Heart. It's not cool to not feel well on Christmas.

heartages 12-25-2009 04:21 PM

@fairywaif: Thank you! I don't feel too bad, but I still don't feel like doing much of anything... :P

fairywaif 12-25-2009 04:21 PM

Aw. *sad face*

heartages 12-25-2009 04:22 PM

Aw, don't be sad! I'll be fine :D

fairywaif 12-25-2009 04:25 PM

Okay.

I'm really glad it's Christmas. It's one of my favorite times of year.

white2fire 12-25-2009 04:27 PM

@heartages: Your welcome. ^^
lol, Christmas is a time for relaxation. You don't have to do anything.

@Dream: lol, yep cleaning up is the worst. And cause of all the cooking we've been doing the past couple days, I've done a month's worth of dishes. XD

heartages 12-25-2009 04:30 PM

Some people make it a special time, but other people can make it a miserable time of the year (especially if you work in retail!)

fairywaif 12-25-2009 04:33 PM

Oh, retail. *shudders* Yeah, this would be the worst time of year for that...

heartages 12-25-2009 04:34 PM

Why, yes. Yes it is. :P

Actually, it's not a big deal where I work. Usually the customers are pleasant all throughout the year :D

fairywaif 12-25-2009 04:39 PM

Well that's good. I've never worked, but I hate rude people.

heartages 12-25-2009 04:41 PM

Yeah, rude people are frustrating! But anyway, what's everyone reading right now? :D

fairywaif 12-25-2009 04:54 PM

I'm reading Heroes of the Valley by Jonathan Stroud. He also wrote the Bartimaeus trilogy. What are you reading, heartages?

heartages 12-25-2009 05:05 PM

Weeellll, I'm reading lots of things.... I really got the urge to read books that I used to read when I was younger, so I've been re-reading a lot of things and some new books by the same authors (such as Fairest by Gail Carson Levine.. I re-read Ella Enchanted and am re-reading The Two Princesses of Bamarre, but I had never read Fairest...). I've also been wanting to read Howl's Moving Castle and when I looked into it, I found out it was a trilogy of books! So I'll be reading those soon. I've also been trying to keep up with the Peter and the Starcatchers series (I'm a huge Peter Pan fan, so it sucked me in)...

I've been so enveloped in younger reader books, that I haven't kept up with much anything else at the moment heh heh :P There's a lot that I want to read, though!

white2fire 12-25-2009 05:12 PM

Hm...right now I'm reading The Spell Book or Listen Taylor. Also some random fairy tales. ^^

heartages 12-25-2009 05:15 PM

Random fairy tales are win =3

fairywaif 12-25-2009 05:16 PM

The Spell Book? What's it about?

white2fire 12-25-2009 05:21 PM

@heart: Exactly. :D
They're classics too.

@fairy: Hm...not entirely sure yet. Only just got stated. But it's by one of my favorite authors. Jaclyn Moriarty. I've read two of her other books and rather liked them. ^^

fairywaif 12-25-2009 05:24 PM

I remember one of my favorites was the 12 dancing Princesses. I also really like East of the Sun, West of the Moon. There's a very good book based on it called East.

Hmm. I should check her out. I have so many books to read and no time!

white2fire 12-25-2009 05:27 PM

I've read East. It was really good.

lol, same here. I just pick the one's I really like and the are moved to the back of my mind. ^^

That's exactly what I have to do since I work in a bookstore! D: :D

Dream_and_Die 12-25-2009 05:43 PM

By East are we talking about the on by Edith Pattou?

fairywaif 12-25-2009 06:09 PM

Yes, same one.

Dream_and_Die 12-25-2009 06:15 PM

I loved that book. xD
Though I get the cover confused with the Golden Compass, not that they look a like, just because of the armored bears and Lyra.

fairywaif 12-25-2009 06:19 PM

Makes sense. I could see you making that mistake easily.

Sumerian Manic 12-25-2009 07:21 PM
