I was SO busy yesterday! My friend throw a last minute wedding party, and wanted me to cater for it. So I spent all yesterday madly baking and cooking and was REALLY tired when I went to bed. But I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep *pouts*

Vicky- Awh, my mother and I have problems falling back asleep as well when we wake up in the night, it's really no fun. :( I hope you get some better sleep tonight!

@ Vicky - :gonk: You don't have to tell me. If you haven't slept more than five hours a night for the greater part of four months, you start to value sleep.

I agree, Amani. x_o I try to keep to a semi-regular sleep schedule, and I hate messing it up.

Lunchtime... *drools* I ought to eat somethign soon, I've not eaten anything more than a bit of candy for more than 24 hours. >>; I'm getting very hungry, but feel like I ought to save room for the party I'm going to tonight...
Vicky- Maybe a fifteen minute power nap? :) Those always help me feel better. |
Power naps only give me a headache and make me feel hung over.

They rejuvinate me a little for an hour or two, as long as they don't last longer than twenty minutes.

@Iltu: My problem is that my job and medication schedule don't allow me to stay to a really typical sleep schedule. I can't get to sleep before 1:00 no matter the situation...then I have medications that I have to take at 9:00...then most days I go back to sleep for a little while, but some days I can't...XD; But it's better than I could be doing!
@Vicky: Well, depending on your reaction to power naps, you could take that suggestion...if not, then the best thing to do might be just to keep yourself entertained for a while and try again tonight. :sweat: |
