Because people are too lazy to ask the council for one when theirs go's missing.

So everybody steals each others if they dont bring them back in quickly xD

We use sort of like trashcan things.
like the ones you buy at walmart or target which or plastic.

But one time my dad accidentally threw the tot with the recycle stuff.[XD]
