I get anxiety sometimes, but mostly its while im in bed, like i'll have a panic attack right before i drop off to sleep. I don't get it so much anymore, i think it was brought on when i got hit by a car a couple of years ago, but i still get flutters and stuff then i get anxious cause i think it will lead to more panic. I'm not really scared of anything so it's just annoying that i get it! |

Keno thats kind of me, i'm always scared my heart will stop. When im droppin off i randomly think my heart is skipping beats or i forget to breath and it makes me panic and i jolt up breathless, bleergh.
