first and also cottage. im fine renting where i am. its too expensive to live where there are jobs. and i want a large lot or waterfront.

I'm not a morning person either xD

Like in london you get a tiiiiinnyyy flat/apartment and it could cost you half a million, but then near me in the north you can get a detached house for around 100k xD

yeah i like the 50+ acre one for that reason. I can build a river/pond and it would be awesome. and we would have plenty of space for barbecuing, hiking and shooting.

I think I'm a tad bit obsessed with pandas, haha

BSW - I like both of them to be honest, i'd probably pick the second one, it looks like it has much more character even if it does need more work, you can make it your own, but it will still have the smell and feel of an older home with more history.

thats just how i feel though, i like places with history xD

I'd love a cottage by a forest myself, yes yes yes. Quiet, private, with walks nearby, get a bicycle or car and drive in to town when i need to. Perfect to write my stories too!

I'd probably make it my home though. No cottage silliness. XD
