Yeah, the whole thing was annoying. Normally I don't have any problem with their bags but that one kept coming apart in different places. I think it was just a poorly fabricated model. Thankfully they were nice enough to make it up to me but at the same time now they have to follow through...

I don't think they are all that sincere... either that or they have serious HR management.
