Yeah we aren't.
All the maintenance people do is take care of the OUTSIDE of the apartments and care
about it's looks. Not on the inside and they definitely do not care about the people living here.

That's unlucky. I was surprised by the place my brother lives in now. It looks pretty crummy (but I think he had half to do with that and his bachelor living), but maintenance was apparently quite good. the knob broke off his oven and they fixed it the next day.

The maintenance people don't have specific timing or don't tell us when they come over or will be coming over.
They say they'll fix it but I usually have to wait all day long
and then they never show up.

I think a lot of places, it takes weeks for maintenance to get anything done. It was that way at my on campus apartment. Even really necessary things weren't liable to happen for quite a long while.

I understand that.
However, with this apartment place, it's hard to get them to spend money on anything
yet you see one of the employees driving a very fancy car but can't buy anything to fix anything for the inside of an apartment?

That's how it usually is. Not every place is going to care for the upkeep.

We are trying to find a town home and not an apartment.
It would be great to find a 3 bedroom one but we're just gonna have to settle for a 2 bedroom one most likely.

In Colorado however everything is expensive.

I've been good. Passed my first classes with flying colors XD well, first IN college classes. :P wewt. Not much going on here. Too many games to play, not enough time and all that
