Another order! \ o / Hello Cloud :3

Vagabond's Vuvuzela - From Nami ? :3 That one?

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 08:57 PM

Yeah! That one! Hey Seito!
Sorry for the short post, my Internet isn't liking me right now so I'm on my phone.

Seito 12-28-2014 08:58 PM

Great! I've added you to the front page. owo b (I should get off my lazy butt and finish some orders so I have commons and EIs to play with. xD )
Ah boo about your internet. D: I hope it starts working soon.

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 09:01 PM

Ok! I'll start the trade now.
I can understand being lazy though! (That's so me today. XD)
Eh it could be worse. At least I have some sort of internet - when it cooperates.
I'm at home for a month.

Seito 12-28-2014 09:05 PM

\ o / Yay!
xD It's sunday. Perfect day to be lazy!

Oh god. I can't even begin to imagine if I was home for a month and no internet. That would be either boring like crazy or... well possibly I might actually get stuff done. The house is a mess.

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 09:09 PM

Ok got the trade started.
Yes!! My first lay low lazy day I'm quite awhile. It feels good.

Oh I really don't mind the iffy internet. Sure it's annoying but it's giving me a reason to actually read books I've not had a chance to read for awhile because school is stupid. Haha!
And I'm also spending time with family I've not seen in months.

Seito 12-28-2014 09:27 PM

\ o / Awesome :3

hehe sometimes just gotta relax and unwind right? owo b

Oh reading! Books! (That reminds me I have yet to finish Inferno by Dan Brown. One day) Books are awesome. :3 Family is nice too.

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 09:45 PM

Ugh. Stupid internet cut out and didn't post my reply! D:
Time to remember what I wrote. And re-write it from my phone.
Yeah! Sometimes they're just needed!

Oh that book is a good book!!

Seito 12-28-2014 10:16 PM

*kicks your internet for you*

Those days are the best owo b

Ooo that's good. I wasn't really impressed with Lost Symbol so here's to hoping. After the event ends though.

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 10:19 PM

Thanks! Beat me to it. Lol!

Yeah especially after a few days of running around being crazy busy.

Well it was strange. But I thought it was ok. I did prefer Lost Symbol though. XD
Although I can tell a lot of research went into all his books.

Seito 12-28-2014 11:13 PM

Hehe. Yup owo b

Ah. xD I think the main reason I didn't like is because American History is just... boring. >> We learn it so often in school that it's just a book about it was eh.... But yeah * u * It's kinda cool the amount of research he puts into it.

Dystopia 12-28-2014 11:19 PM

I was never fond of history. Too many names. Too many dates. I think its better taught with a focus on cause-effect.

Seito 12-28-2014 11:20 PM

Yeah. I learn more history from movies, books, anime then I do from actual history classes. D: It's like... it's all dry facts compared to an exciting adventure. :O

Dystopia 12-28-2014 11:24 PM

Haha. I've read a few historical mangas, but they tend to be weird for me.

Seito 12-28-2014 11:31 PM

Depends on how they do it I think. Like Rurouni Kenshin was packed with history if you knew where to look. :O But like Clamp's last one (Gate 7? 7 Gate? whichever) was just a little too wordy ><

Dystopia 12-28-2014 11:38 PM

I read a little Kenshin, but I never paid much attention to the history. I haven't read the other one.

CloudDreamer 12-28-2014 11:38 PM

Seito: True. But I find the interesting more for the fact about how much work he puts into each and every one, sure it was in the States and wasn't nearly as interesting at the other ones, but still.... that is a lot of research that he did to get things just right. [yes]

Kenshin was fairly accurate. But yeah a bunch of animes have it (even the few that don't look like they do. xD )

Yeah. It's always nice when authors put in the effort to make it as accurate as possible :O

CloudDreamer 12-29-2014 12:00 AM

Yep yep. I am a writer myself and I'm exhausted with minimal research - but to spend 3+ years on one book to make sure details are exactly right is insane! O.o

Dystopia 12-29-2014 12:01 AM

The problem is- I ignore all the history and I just enjoy the action. xD

Seito 12-29-2014 12:05 AM

Ugh no joke. When I research for a book I end up with like 20+ tabs and it drives me batty (especially when no one really answers the questions I'm looking for!!)

CloudDreamer 12-29-2014 12:10 AM

Seito: same here. I usually just write for fun and don't share with others so it's ok if things aren't totally perfect. XD

And that's so cute!! :D

Oh question, with mine do you think you can have her doing the ILY hand shape with one hand?

Seito 12-29-2014 12:20 AM

My excuse it's fanfiction and no one is really gonna care. xDD *bricked*

Thank you!

And I can try? :3 Hands and legs aren't a very good strong point of mines but hey that's the point of practice 8D
Now to be sure, this is what you're talking about right?

CloudDreamer 12-29-2014 12:48 AM

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. :)
If you feel like you can't do it, no worries.
Just thought I would ask.

Seito 12-29-2014 12:52 AM

Fascinating, now I understand why most people get the shaka wrong. Haha.

owo b we'll see. :3
