Humm I wonder that as well. And it is a good motto. But I am ready for vday event as its marks 6 years on mene for me. :)

I know right way back in 09 is when I joined.

I joined on 2-5-10.

I joined like 2008 at start, right during event time but it was SO CRAZY my posts got ignored and I shied away. XD

Now, it's like my 4th FoWN I actively take part in.

So LIz is 5 and Rainy is 7 and just wow how much has happened over the years, you know you guys have had longer friendships with me that most of my irl friends lol

Things do get crazy active during events. I'm glad you didn't shy away for good. :)

Yeah I have even met some mene friends and made irl friendships with them so its kinda awesome.

It would be so cool to meet Mene friends in real life.

I came back during bad time for me for user run summer event and Ivvy was so nice that I discovered how lovely Mene users can be. [ninja]

Yeah like Queenie and I have become really close over the years and we send each other stuff in the mail all the time now lol

oh we dont live close lol we just exchanged addresses and we plan to meet up one day but have done all manner of talking outside mene on fb phone letters and so on.

Yeah. I don't think there's many mene people in my city/county. Maybe one day I'll meet someone locally that plays Mene.

I have a mene group on fb to so people can connect as well

I have joined it a few days ago. I just haven't posted in it yet.

It has been slow in there with holiday but lord any time mene goes down it gets supper hopping and we can keep people updated on site status till the site is back up :)
