That's all I can cook xD

Amane 12-31-2017 12:35 AM

Yaaaaay! I automatically logged back in on the Chinese gaem after maintenance for ooooonce!

hummy 12-31-2017 12:37 AM

Yay for maintenance being done and being loved back in automatically

For-Chan Cookie 12-31-2017 12:41 AM

That's not good hummy. *rubs hummy's tummy*

KFC's ok in a pinch. I prefer Chik-Fil-A for a sandwich or nuggets. If I'm going to get fried chicken for the sake of it, we have a really good Korean Fried Chicken place up in Providence. Om nom nom. Garlic soy fried chicken [drool]

@Ruby - Come over to my house when I actually feel like cooking and I will fill your tummy with delicious things. :D But again, mostly I'm lazy. Though I think I will probably cook chicken and dumplings to ring in the New Year. My grandfather's got a cold and he hates soup. But my chicken and dumplings is more stew-like, so hopefully that's a good substitute. :D

I love Church's Chicken but we don't have one near by me. the closet one is near the big city. yet I do like Popeye's being in Louisiana you find it all over the place. its good but sometimes I get brunt out on it.

For-Chan Cookie 12-31-2017 12:51 AM

Cookie moved out of Louisiana years ago, but we still have a few Popeye's up here. And we just got a Chik-Fil-A a few years ago. The only one in the area. They also put a Raisin Cane's up in Boston, which shocked the heck out of me when I found it.

Amane 12-31-2017 12:52 AM

We, too, lack a local Church's Chicken. *mourneth*

sailor star rainbow 12-31-2017 01:02 AM

Form which part of Louisiana cookie is form? now I do like Chik-Fil-A we have some locations. that at lest one is sort of close by. we are getting one built right before the outlet mall. but I don't know if it opened up yet have. not gone that way in a good while.

hummy 12-31-2017 01:04 AM

I love their nuggets ;p

Popeye's is tasty from the whole one time I've had it xD There's not many around me, but there is one opening my SheepieRam's.

hummy 12-31-2017 01:18 AM

I love chicken and dumpling soup.
but they have to be little dumplings <3

For-Chan Cookie 12-31-2017 01:18 AM

Cookie lived in Lafayette most recently before she moved. A lot of my family is still down there. But my parents are originally from Rhode Island, which is where I live now. :D

Man, now I'm hungry for chicken, but I don't want to leave the house to get it! I do have some chicken in the fridge I could give a quick panko and a fry to. I have some nice fresh bottles of tonkatsu sauce I can drown it in too. Hmmm. Maybe after I'm done re-writing Harry Potter history I'll go cook. [rofl]

@hummy - I've gone the Cracker Barrel route and do flat dumplings. They're so much quicker to cook than the dough lump kinds.

sailor star rainbow 12-31-2017 01:19 AM

That is nice to hear Hammer I hope the one. they open up where you live around is not a slow one. the only two close to me can be slow with drive thru order's.

Wonderlands 12-31-2017 01:38 AM

prayers work! [bunny]
i'm so thrilled for y'all!

For-Chan Cookie 12-31-2017 01:46 AM

Yeah, they're more like strips of dough, rather than meatball-like lumps. So that's how I do it. Make a quick dough and roll it out, then make strips of dough. It takes a tiny bit more work, but I like the results better. Then no one ever has to bite into a raw dough lump.

Divacita 12-31-2017 01:49 AM

We have KFC, Churches & Popey's chicken. But I like KFC best.

that makes them less gummy then, yeah?

For-Chan Cookie 12-31-2017 01:57 AM

For sure. They've got a nice soft chew to them. Man, I'm really making myself hungry. I'm gonna go cook that chicken before it gets too late. Be back later!
