I'm saying you copied the form to show them vs letting them go to my post and copy the right format of the form. If they copy it from your post it won't be formatted at all.

And I've got a lot on my plate right now, it's getting overwhelming.

My wrist was injured earlier this month so it's hard for me to draw so much, I really don't want to have these things promised to people and not be able to deliver them or further injure myself.

I am. They gave me the standard migraine IV cocktail, plus something for the vertigo I get as part of the aura associated with the migraine which for me is more debilitating then the migraine itself. I literally sound and look like I'm drunk when I get a bad one because I can't think clearly, I'm slurring my words, and my balance is so off because of the vertigo that I can't walk in a straight line. But once they give me the anti-vert, and the IV meds, It generally corrects itself fairly quickly. It's just that they give you a bag of saline too, and it takes forever.
