Yeah that happens. Have you tried running your hands under warm water first? That's something I was told in the hospital when I was diagnosed

Just make sure to move it around too so you don't build up scar tissue. It makes it harder to test as well.

interesting... i would think only caffeinated teas would be dehydrating, since caffeine is a diuretic. but either way, i think drinking tea is better than drinking nothing at all.

Yeah I don't do my thumbs or my pinkies xP And I'm bad at just using my left hand, but I try not to use the same finger over and over.

It's a necessary evil I'm afraid. I know its frustrating but you get used to it. I've been testing and getting shots for half my life now. Actually this month will be 12 years for me. And I won't be able to stop. It becomes routine.
