That is pretty much my life. If I'm not on my computer not doing work, I'm in the bathroom hiding from our phones.

Lol, we don't have stalls here or phone booths. We have regular bathrooms as I work in an old Victorian house that was converted for half commercial/half residential.

I mean, we've never really had booth booths where I live but I have seen public payphones occasionally.

Huh? I would imagine that people on house arrest would have a cell phone or a landline...?

Well, considering I have also finished watching Kingsmen: The Golden Circle and started watching Hitman's Bodyguard while working, it's not a bad day.

Ugh, I wish I didn't have to be productive. The not so fun part about no work means I'm usually still having to do work.

I remember payphones.
They always ate my quarters :x

I remember when pay phones cost a dime...which is where the phrase "If you got the dime, I got the time" came from.
We had two actual phone booths in the tiny town I grew up in.
I believe there may still be a working pay phone in a phone booth in a small mountain town called Rollinsville, Colorado.
The last time I visted that location, the BF had to call his mom to tell her he was calling from an actual phone booth.
This was over ten years ago and I suspect the phone booth is probably gone by now.

I mean, I think there are probably some payphones left. I remember when we had them at school. Not sure they would have paid to have them removed.
