I thought seeing it was coming to the end of the event soon. I mays well get my lazy butt up & make a thread.

Dad made some about a month ago with some apricot perserves. The apricot ended up caramelizing and it hardened a little. It tasted like pie ;D

I do love yummy pancakes. Pretty soon I'm going to eat some pot roast.

I haven't ate at all today. Been moving stuff around. I didn't get any breaks from chores.

@Veiss- awww yum yum.. that sounds delish. I had a mate who thought it would be a good idea to put Turkish delight into his pancakes while it was still cooking in the pan... looked gross & he wrecked a good spatula & then ended up not eating it cause he didn't want it anymore...
