Sis is worrying over things she doesn't need to which is making her feel worse so my dad and I are calming her down.
She is calm right now though. She just tends to go into panic mode.

panic attacks are so scarie and hard to control even a tinie little bit.

I think his injury is better. He needs to go bed earlier though.
He keeps staying up cause I am up. ;__; So if he gets on
I will push him to go to bed. XD
