I'm not a fan of meat in general unless it's ribs or my mom Christmas ham...which only tastes good because of the brown sugar and pineapple sauce she makes for it.

And if the real estate agent or person renting the place says to check it out first...Run away from the place as fast as you can.
We had that happen when we first started looking for a house.
