Given the fact that I can take 6 percocet 10s in a day and still be miserably in pain... I don't think I can stand it much longer. I can't even lift a gallon of tea...

I'm hoping for the best results possible. That would be 8-24 months of pain relief... Normal is 3-6 months... It might not work at all or... I might end up paralyzed, losing a limb, or dead... It's pretty risky.

The doctor doing it is a pain management doctor. He's given me two spinal blocks which went well but I'm still nervous.

Well, doing anything on or extremely near the spinal cord is quite a bit more risky than most surgery... Especially at the base of the skull down to the top of the shoulders. I'd rather not think about it but I can't stop right now. It's keeping me from sleeping.

Old fashioned way is plenty easy. Just takes dedication.
