I actually VOTE NO to people doing that... or at least my neighbors.

I don't like seeing her big whipp-it bras flying about or her husbands oversized boxers. Not really the most appealing sight to see during the summer OR spring.

We've never done that ourselves, either. Because what if bugs and dirt fly through the wind and if you have sinuses, the pollen can get on them and it'll cause chaos.

So...yeah.
