Yeah. One of my friends got stuck in Pennsylvania after he visited his family because of the storms. He goes to school in New Jersey, so he got lucky to be out of the path of the storm when it hit.
I'm going to do what I can to donate and help the people that are in need of it. |

i like donating to my local church or NMCR that way i know it's items and they get distributed. it's cold so blankets and coats/jackets and warm clothes mean a lot. |

Why don't you do research on the companies providing the support and find out what they have actually done in other areas before making assumptions on what they are going to do? If it does come down to them handing out "life packets" then it will likely be because it's all they can do with the money that has been donated.
