A Parmo is inspired by the proper dish but it's deep fried chicken with white sauce and cheese. Usually served with chips and if we can find any in the North East, salad.

Thank you. I hope it does. It just never occured to me to try to make it myself before. Not really sure why.
And the noodles I'm using are vegetable noodles instead of wheat so that makes it a bit healthier. Also using some heart healthy tomato sauce. |
Some things seem like they're going to be more complicated than they turn out to be in the end.
