The bottom layer is coke, Rum, Pina colada Schnaps and green food coloring. Then I put it in the freezer till it was a slushie. The top layer is orange juice and vodka, also frozen to make it a slushie. I found some cute pirate labels at the dollar store and cut out the skull part for an extra piratey look. |

There was a lot of work involed because the meat had to be cooked as well as the rice before it all got mixed together with onion and spices and then stuffed into the peppers and baked for another 10 mins. However the taste made up of long prep time. |
